All Saints Bar Crawl

Date: Saturday May 11, 2019 1:30PM to ~7PM

Price: $55 per person

Description:  Join us as we check out a few local pubs in our All Saints community! A private party bus will pick everyone up at All Saints School parking lot. Once everyone is checked in with their bar crawl bracelets, we will head to Beulahland on NE 28th (owned by the Langen Family). Next we will skip over to Slow Bar on SE Grand (owned by the Hemmerling Family).  Finally, we will end at MDs on NE Broadway (owned by the Oliver Family)! The bus can drop guests off at home or All Saints (drop-off location must be within the following boundaries: NE Prescott/E 60th Ave/SE Division/E 12th Ave). Each bracelet includes 2 drink tickets per bar & light snacks, bottled water on bus. Additional drinks and food not covered.

Girls Almost Overnight

Description:  Calling all girls grades 1-4!  Don’t miss the ultimate party in pajamas.  Sleeping bag? Check! Movies? Duh! We’ll have plenty of pizza and ice cream, games, crafts, and doing hair.  Always a hit and a quick sell-out! Your daughters will love this awesome “almost sleepover” with their besties and school mates!

The Annual Mother-Daughter Tea

Description:  The tradition lives on!  All Saints daughters in the 1st through 4th grades along with their moms, aunts, grandmothers, and other special ladies are cordially invited.  Don your finery for this cultured affair, featuring traditional tea sandwiches, sweet treats - and cups and cups of tea! Entertainment, photos and prizes are all part of the fun, so do be a darling and save your seats now for this sell-out event!

Santa Claus Party for our Littlest Saints

Description:  The sweetest pajama party ever for your preK-2nd grade students!  It will be a night of fun and magic as they meet Santa and participate in some fun Christmas crafts!  You may find cookie decorating stations, hot cocoa, and a special Christmas reading from Mr. Myers.

A Special Dinner with Father Paul

Date:  Sunday July 28, 2019 at 5:00pm Togioka home 2834 NE Hancock Street

Description:  Enjoy a memorable night of getting to know Father Paul better and supporting the school.  Father Paul will share some of his favorite recipes, and they will be paired with wine. We will finish off the evening by the fire-pit roasting s’mores.

Description:  An exclusive, private event for a night to remember in one of Thrillist’s Top 14 Speakeasies in America.  Dressed in your finest prohibition era attire, play shuffleboard, enjoy cocktails and appetizers, and of course fabulous music for this one of a kind night in a secret back bar hidden behind a bookshelf.
