Please join us for “Oktoberfest” on Thursday, October 2nd to kick off the All Saints Annual Fund!  This years Annual Fund will provide funds to help start the remodel of the old convent building.

We are hosting an “Oktoberfest” to build community and excitement around this project. The Oktoberfest will take place Thursday, October 2nd on the All Saints School playground from 6:30-8:30pm. Current school families, alums, parishioners and other friends of All Saints are encouraged to attend. Tickets are $10/person; adults only. Beer, wine, brats, entertainment and more info on the project will be provided. On-site childcare will be available free of charge on a limited basis.  To make a reservation for on-site childcare email Oktoberfest@allsaintsportland.com.

The goal for the remodel is to include an art lab, a music room and a library that will double as a Parish meeting space in the evenings. The School will also have 2 offices for our accountants. The Parish will gain 4 new office spaces and bathrooms on each floor.  This project gives us the opportunity to provide increased learning space for our present enrollment and also house aftercare in one location.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 during the Annual Fund “Oktoberfest” to kick off this fundraising campaign. Other monies for the project will come from the 2015-2018 auctions, jog-a-thons and annual fund events. We anticipate breaking ground February/March 2015 and it will be completed by September 2015.
